In response to the latest government announcement regarding the COVID-19 virus, unfortunately our Parks will be temporarily closed from 6 August to 17 September 2020, unless advised otherwise by the Victorian State Government.
The safety and well-being of our guests, staff and community is our highest priority and we feel this move supports the recent advice provided by the government health department in stopping the spread of the virus.
As advised by the State and Federal Governments, we are encouraged to avoid all non-essential travel. Please stay home if you can. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and urge you to follow our social media profiles and this website for further updates.
We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and inform you of any changes. We urge you to also follow our social media profiles and websites for further updates.
For existing bookings from 17 September onwards, we will hold your booking and will keep you posted on any changes.
It is important to be aware of the precautions in place to slow the spread of the coronavirus. As the lead response agency in Victoria, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) website is the best place to receive live updates and up-to-date messaging as the situation continues to change https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus
Thank you all for your continued support at this very challenging time. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful parks again as soon as it it safe.
COVID-19 Safe Practices:
As always, we are committed to providing a great customer service experience to our guests. Our friendly park staff are here to assist you throughout your stay, but we recommend phoning our reception rather than visiting the office wherever possible.
We have enhanced our check-in procedures to include contactless check-in options. Guests will be contacted prior to arrival for payment and arrival information including boom gate code (where applicable), park map and guest registration form will be provided. The guest registration form must be returned to us prior to entering the park. On arrival, guests will be able to proceed directly to their site or cabin. Cabin keys will be left inside the cabin for your convenience.
For those arriving ‘off road’, please contact us prior to your arrival at the park.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfection regimes across the park
While our cleaning standards are high all year round, we have introduced enhanced cleaning and disinfection regimes in accordance with SafeWork Australia guidelines across all areas of the park.
Safe Distancing and Good Hygiene Protocols and Guidelines
The 1.5 metre social distancing rule and Good Hygiene protocols must be observed at all times whilst in our parks. We will also provide sanitisation stations at all offices, amenities, BBQ areas and camp kitchens.
Customer signage to encourage good hygiene and social distancing will be displayed throughout our parks as a reminder to all guests.
What We Will Need You To Do To Support Our COVID Response Measures
We will need the support of our guests in managing COVID-safe measures. We ask you to;
- Continue frequent handwashing, covering your nose and mouth when you need to cough or sneeze and observing rules for physical distancing. More information will be made available at the park.
- Use the shared amenities (when they reopen) in a responsible manner, making use of sanitisation stations and disinfectant wipes and considering other users.
- Maintain 1.5 metres safe distance from others as per social distancing guidelines.
- If you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus, please cancel your stay, self-isolate and contact your doctor immediately. We will look forward to welcoming you back to our park when you are well.
